Instructions

1. Marinate & Prep (10 mins)

  1. Whisk sesame oil, orange zest, yuzu (or lime + honey), miso paste, and all spices to create the marinade.
  2. Score the salmon skin and coat fillets fully with the marinade. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, chop the veggies and toss with avocado oil, coriander, rice vinegar, and flaky sea salt.

2. Roast (12 mins) + Broil (3 mins)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange marinated salmon skin-side down on a baking tray. Spread the veggies around it.
  3. Roast for 12 minutes.
  4. Switch to broil mode and cook for another 3 minutes until salmon skin is crispy and veggies slightly charred.

3. Garnish & Serve (2 mins)

  1. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Sprinkle black sesame seeds, micro cilantro, and edible flowers on top.
  3. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
